What is CIT and Microneedling and how does it work?

Microneedling is a modern treatment that uses surgical needles to target the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, and texture of the skin. CIT and Microneedling treatments have been shown to improve the body's collagen production after the procedure.

A sterile applicator is used for each patient. The sterile applicator contains 12 points that are glided along the skin to cause micro clefts. These points cause tiny micro clefts that triggers the bodies wound response, which is crucial to achieving results. Patient should expect a 90 minute appointment and should expect a 4-5 day down time.

Can I treat other areas of the body?

Yes. Patients who want to improve neck, chest, hands, legs, and thighs can benefit from CIT Microneedling.

How many treatments will I need?

The number of treatment required will highly depend on the condition we are targeting. The majority of patients will require 2-3 treatments to achieve optimal results. If you skin condition is more severe, we recommend to schedule a consultation with a healthcare provider at Peach to determine if the series of treatment will benefit you.
