Service & Package Return Policy

We understand the uncertainty that patients experience with medical treatments. Medical treatments, due to their nature, cannot 100% guarantee results. Biological differences in patients lead to varying results. We strive our best to get as close as possible.  For example, according to Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic, only 80% of patients will see optimal results from Botox Cosmetic, even with ideal techniques and mix down. Laser hair removal, as another example, will give desired results 80-90% of the time. This means 10-20% of patients will not experience the desired results they are looking for even with ideal technique and ideal treatment settings.  We know that this uncertainty exists in medicine and that is why we strive our best to empower our patients with complete knowledge of expectations, side effects, risks, etc. Our goal is for patients to make an informed decision on the treatments they are seeking with the help of their providers at Peach.

If you are unsatisfied with your treatment progress, please contact us to discuss your treatments and options. This is important to learn if it is appropriate to continue treatment or to seek other treatments.

Services that are nonrefundable

Services that have been rendered are are not refundable. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Services that are refundable

Services that have not been rendered or redeemed can be transferred, refunded, or exchanged.

Packages

If you have purchased a package and have not used all the services within the package, you can receive a refund of remaining non rendered services for it´s equal proportional value.

Retail Product Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase from Peach you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If your product purchase is unopened, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In addition, we value both patient's time and our health professional's time and it is important for patients to attend those reserved times.

  • A credit card is required to book any appointment at Peach Medical Group

  • Same day cancellation and/or no show prior will result in a $25 fee or full service charge

  • Same day cancellation and/or no show prior will result in a $50 fee or full service charge for appointments that are made with Nurse Practitioners.

Laser Certification Program Refund Policy

Refunds are calculated on the tuition and registration fee only. No refunds will be due on textbooks, uniforms and supplies. Full refunds will be issued in the event courses/programs are discontinued. Refunds for cancellation are made within 30 days from the date of cancellation. A cancellation fee is not charged if the applicant cancels the enrollment within 3 business days of signing our enrollment agreement, but prior to starting classes.

The refund is based on the last date of recorded attendance; expressed in documented hours of observation and/or hands-on treatments completed. The earned tuition percentage is based on the number of scheduled clock hours in the enrollment period divided by the total clock hours in the enrollment period. A student shall receive a full tuition refund if the school discontinues the program. The policy for granting credit for previous training shall not impact the refund policy. The enrollment period is a period of time a student could reasonably complete the program. This period of time shall not be any longer than 1½ times the normal duration of the program.

  • A student terminating training within the first 10% of enrollment period is entitled to a refund of 90% less $100 cancellation charge

  • A student terminating training after 10% but within the first 30% of the enrollment period is entitled to a refund of 70% less $100 cancellation charge.

  • A student terminating training after 30% but within the first 60% of the enrollment period is entitled to a refund of 40% less $100 cancellation charge.

  • A student terminating 60% of training is entitled to a refund of 40% less $100 cancellation charge.

  • A student terminating after 60% of training is entitled to no refund.
